No Refund Policy – Positive Circles
At Positive Circles, we invest significant time, energy, and resources into designing and delivering our coaching sessions, programs, workshops, and digital products. Because of the nature of our work and the immediate access to our time, content, and intellectual property, all purchases are final and non‑refundable.

  1. No Refunds
    All fees paid for coaching sessions, packages, programs, workshops, courses, memberships, and digital products are non‑refundable, under all circumstances.

This applies whether you:

Attend partially, do not attend, or fail to use all sessions.

Choose to discontinue participation for any reason.

  1. Transfers and Rescheduling
    For one-to-one or group coaching, you may request to reschedule a session within the timelines mentioned in our Terms & Conditions or your coaching agreement (for example, 24–48 hours before the session).

At our sole discretion, we may allow you to transfer your enrolment to a future cohort/date or to another person, but this is not guaranteed and does not change the no‑refund nature of your purchase.

  1. Digital Products and Online Programs
    Due to the instant and irrevocable access to digital content (including recordings, workbooks, templates, and online course material), we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital or online products once access is granted, regardless of usage.
  2. Technical Issues
    If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing a program or session (for example, login or access problems), we will make reasonable efforts to assist and restore access.

A technical issue, by itself, does not qualify for a refund. We may, at our discretion, provide alternative access or reschedule a session.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances
    In rare and exceptional situations (such as serious medical emergencies or other events beyond your reasonable control), you may contact us in writing with supporting details.

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit, partial credit, or the option to join a future program. This is entirely voluntary on our part and does not create an obligation to do so in any other case.
