Positive Circles provides coaching, education, and personal development services, including one-to-one coaching, group programs, courses, workshops, and digital content.
Our Services are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, or any other licensed professional healthcare service, diagnosis, or treatment and are not a substitute for professional help from a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, or other licensed professional.
If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you must immediately contact local emergency services, a helpline, or a qualified professional. Do not rely on our Services in such situations. - No Guarantees and Your Responsibility
Your results depend on many factors, including your own actions, circumstances, and commitment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in your career, finances, health, or any other area.
You are solely responsible for your choices and actions arising from our coaching, programs, or content. - Accounts and Security
To access certain Services, you may need to create an account with a username and password.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activities under your account. You agree not to share your login or course access with others and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. - Fees, Payments, and Taxes (India)
Fees for our Services will be shown on our website, booking pages, or in written communication with you.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable Indian taxes, including GST, as per law.
You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for all fees and applicable taxes. We may use third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms as well. - Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Unless stated otherwise:
Fees for completed or partially completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Fees for digital products and self-paced programs are non-refundable once access is provided.
For coaching sessions, you must provide at least [insert, e.g. 24 or 48] hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or counted as a used session.
We may reschedule or cancel sessions or programs due to illness, technical issues, or other reasons. In such cases, we may offer a new date, credit, or refund at our discretion and as required by Indian law.

All content we provide, including text, frameworks, worksheets, videos, audio, and branding (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to Positive Circles and is protected by Indian copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Content for your own non-commercial use only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from our Content, or share login details or materials with others, without our prior written consent. - User Content and Testimonials
If you submit comments, testimonials, messages, assignments, or other content (“User Content”), you remain the owner of that content.
You grant Positive Circles a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and share such User Content in connection with operating and promoting our Services, unless you explicitly restrict usage in writing.
You confirm that your User Content does not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate any Indian law. We may remove any content we consider inappropriate or harmful. - Acceptable Use
